The video ideas you submit for analysis

The Service is free. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information, names, or email addresses to use it.

Automatically Collected Information:

IP address (used to apply usage limits and prevent abuse)
Browser type and version, device information, and request timestamps, as recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Send your idea to our AI provider and deliver the generated analysis
Apply fair-use limits so the Service stays free for everyone
Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated misuse
Keep the Service running and fix problems
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We share data only with:

Anthropic: Your ideas are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate results (subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy and commercial terms)
Namecheap: Our hosting provider, which processes requests and keeps server logs (subject to Namecheap's Privacy Policy)
Google Fonts: Our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when fonts are requested
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. AI Processing

Your ideas are processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic's Claude). We do not store your ideas or the results, and we keep no history. Your idea is transmitted to Anthropic for processing, and Anthropic handles it under its own data policies. Please do not include names, contact details, or other personal information in your ideas.

Your ideas stay yours. We do not keep, publish, or reuse the ideas you submit.

5. Data Retention

Ideas and results are not stored by us after delivery
For usage limits, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with a request count for up to one hour, then delete it automatically
Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's retention policies

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access your personal data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of certain data processing
File a complaint with a data protection authority

Because we do not keep your ideas or link them to an identity, in most cases we will have no stored data to return or delete.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and keeping our AI credentials on the server rather than in your browser. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use our Service at your own risk.

8. Cookies

We do not set cookies and do not use tracking or advertising technologies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

By using Will It Trend? ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Will It Trend? is a free entertainment and informational service that gives AI-generated feedback on social media video ideas, including:

A "Virality Score" from 0 to 100
A critique written in the voice of "The Algorithm," a deliberately blunt, comedic character
A suggested opening hook for the first few seconds of the video

"The Algorithm" is a fictional persona. It is not connected to, endorsed by, or based on data from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform, and it has no access to any platform's real ranking systems.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Free Service and Usage Limits

The Service is provided free of charge. No payment or account is required.
To keep the Service available to everyone, we apply fair-use limits, such as a maximum number of audits per hour and a maximum idea length.
We may change, reduce, or remove these limits, or introduce new ones, at any time.
If we ever introduce paid features, we will update these Terms and clearly tell you before you are charged anything.

5. No Guarantees and No Professional Advice

The Service provides ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ONLY. Virality Scores are AI-generated opinions, not measurements or forecasts. We do NOT guarantee that any video will gain views, followers, engagement, income, or any other result.

Our results are NOT:

Professional marketing, business, or financial advice
Legal advice (including about copyright, music rights, or platform rules)
A substitute for your own judgment about safety and appropriateness

You are responsible for the content you create and post. Follow each platform's rules and all applicable laws. Never do anything dangerous, illegal, or harmful to yourself, others, or animals for a video.

6. AI-Generated Content

All results are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). The AI:

May provide inaccurate information
May generate biased or inappropriate content
Does not have real-time knowledge of current trends
Cannot verify facts or sources
Should not be considered authoritative

The critique is intentionally harsh and comedic. It is aimed at the idea, not at you. You use AI results at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Submit ideas designed to generate hateful, harassing, sexual, dangerous, or illegal content
Submit ideas involving harming people or animals, dangerous stunts, or content sexualizing anyone
Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI
Submit other people's personal information
Violate any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
Use automated tools to submit ideas or to get around usage limits
Resell the Service or its results as your own product

8. Content Ownership

You own the ideas you submit
You may use the critique and suggested hook in your own videos and content
We own the Service, website, and branding
Results are provided "as-is," and similar suggestions may be generated for other users

9. Intellectual Property

"Will It Trend?" branding, logos, and website design are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only for description.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including:

Accuracy of scores or information
Fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are NOT liable for:

Any damages arising from use of the Service
Lost profits, views, followers, or data
Decisions or content made based on AI results
Service interruptions or errors
Third-party actions (including Anthropic or Namecheap)

Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $0 or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Content you create or post
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Service Modifications

Modify or discontinue the Service, or any feature of it, at any time
Change usage limits

Refuse service to anyone for any reason

14. Termination

15. Third-Party Services
